Lead Prosthetic Technician
Natalie joined the ProMotion team in December 2018, after graduating from the Technical Methods in Prosthetics and Orthotics program at George Brown College, Ontario Canada. She gained her prosthetics experience in Barrie, Ontario and orthotics experience Halifax, Nova Scotia.
Her dedication to this profession is evident in her work ethic, enthusiasm, attention to detail, and ensuring clients needs are met without hesitation. She enjoys thinking outside of the box, finding creative solutions for all devices, and constantly improving her techniques.
Natalie enjoys the friendly and encouraging atmosphere at ProMotion Prosthetics, and continues to develop her skills through the various prosthetic materials, and keeping current with the latest innovations in the field.
Natalie is a Member of the Australian Orthotic & Prosthetic Association (AOPA).

Prosthetic Technician
Marcel joined the ProMotion team in August 2024 after previously experience working as an Orthotic technician in Queensland.
Marcel’s creative talent and keen eye for detail has helped him settle quickly into ProMotion, and he is looking forward to working with the team to build his skills in the world of Prosthetic manufacture.
Marcel is a Member of the Australian Orthotic & Prosthetic Association (AOPA).

Grace Baron
Prosthetic Technician
It is with deep sadness, we say goodbye to our friend and colleague, Grace Baron (29 May 1994 – 17 April 2024, aged 29). Tragically taken from this world as the result of an accident in Taupo, New Zealand while on holiday.
Grace moved to Melbourne from Canada with her life partner, Ryan and began working as a Technician at ProMotion in March 2023. Grace immediately cemented a place within the team, endearing herself to all of us with her beautiful spirit and infectious smile.
Grace brought with her a wealth of knowledge and willingness to take on any challenge put to her. Grace graduated from the Technical Methods in Prosthetics and Orthotics program at George Brown College, Toronto, Ontario, in 2018. She gained experience as a prosthetic technician in Calgary, Alberta for 4 years, before joining the ProMotion team.

Admin Supervisor & Facilities Officer
Susan commenced working part time at ProMotion in January 2018.
Susan has an extensive administration background with over 15 years’ experience. Susan’s role at ProMotion includes management of the patient database, appointments, invoicing, receipting, management of funding requests and liaising with insurance organisations.
Susan enjoys working with the clients and the team at ProMotion and is committed to providing a high standard of care.

Office Administrator
Simone joined the ProMotion Prosthetics team in August 2022 as a Full Time Administrator at our Box Hill Clinic.
Simone has an extensive Customer Service and Administration background, having worked within the Health Care, Telecommunications and FMCG Industries over the past 20 years.
Simone strives to provide Excellent Customer Service, with a friendly and caring manner.
